What working with me looks like

I talk to your people one on one, then get the right ones in a room together. I design and run the sessions myself. Most of the time the answer is already in the building. My job is to get it out of people's heads, onto the wall, and into a decision.
You walk away with the call made, the owner named, and the next step on the calendar. Then I leave, and the work keeps moving without me.

A half day with your leadership team focused on one stalled project or one decision that keeps getting punted. Before we meet, your team takes my Find the Gap assessment and I run short one-on-one calls, so we walk in knowing exactly where things are jammed. I run the session, and you get a one-page summary of what was decided and who owns what.
Flat fee. No proposal process. If it works, we talk about what's next. If it doesn't, you're out a half day and you still got the decision made.

Who I am

I'm Baxter. I've spent 20+ years inside growing companies doing research, design, and the unglamorous work of getting teams to actually operate together, with training from Nielsen Norman Group and Voltage Control along the way. Before that I worked in film and television, which taught me more about getting strong personalities pointed at the same goal than any certification did.
I also coach high school girls basketball in Colorado. I know what a locker room sounds like when it believes, and what it sounds like when it doesn't. Front offices aren't that different.
